a. Assess and report on:
  • Title status - legal and on ground.
  • Suitability of planned land use.
  • Suitability of design, adherence to design standards, include suggestions / recommendations on changes if any with reasons thereto.
  • Construction planning, progress, deployment of resources, adherence to building code standards and norms / bye laws, adherence to stated specifications and materials, construction schedules and assessment of delays if any.
  • Researching and establishing deployment of funds.
b. Independent third party certifying body to assess risk exposure for lending institutions in the real estate industry across the above areas.
